An issues log is a way of recording unmet needs and possible solutions.
If in the course of using the Solihull LINCS Model (e.g. use of the Skills bank, a Common Assessment, a Family Support Meeting, a Lead Person or Early Support) and after exploring all possible solutions there are needs which are still not being met, the professional involved should record unmet needs on the Issues Log. They should also inform their line manager.
