We welcome feedback & suggestions. It is best to contact the person named on the relevant page with any specific queries or comments, as different individuals maintain various sections of the information on a service. The Solihull OneVoice Website makes every effort to ensure that the material on its website is free of computer viruses. We cannot however be held responsible for any problems which occur as a result of viewing or using material which is made available on this website and we recommend the use of use of up to date virus checking software at all times.
Privacy & Data Protection
A number of pages throughout this site may invite users to complete forms including their personal details. There is no requirement to fill in these forms in order to view general material on this site. If you do wish to complete a form with your details in order to request a service, request your service/organisation onto the website or log a comment or make a complaint, you note the following:
- Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council & Real Point Design have a secure server facility to protect your details from third parties when you send them over the internet.
- Information which is submitted to the Solihull OneVoice Website will be used solely for the purpose for which it is collected, and will not be passed on to other areas of the Council, not to any other organisations, without your explicit permission. The purpose for which the information is collected will be made clear.
